iPad owners are much Satisfied then Kindle Fire! Kindle Likes and Dislikes!

Apple’s iPad owners are more satisfied then Amazon’s Kindle Fire Tablet owners, recent reports reveals. In a survey 74 percent owners are happier (very satisfied) with their iPad device and gives thumbs up for it, in other hand 54 percent Amazon Kindle Fire owners gives thumbs up for their device.

A survey was done on two major competitors Apple and Amazon but also cover other tablet manufacturer and found 49 percent thumbs up from device owners.

We all know that Kindle Fire is famous for its low cost, colour screen and ease of use but owners are less satisfied with their device because it does not have volume adjuster button, no camera and smaller screen then iPad. It is also found that some owners are unhappy about the location of On/Off button on Amazon Kindle Fire.

ChangeWave interview 254 new Kindle Fire owners about their satisfaction towards their device and key likes and dislikes.

Below is the report of likes and dislikes by the owner of Kindle Fire.

Owner Likes. The Cost of the Kindle Fire (59%) like most by new owners of the device, Thee Color Screen gets (31%) likes and its Ease of Use gets (27%). Other top responses includes Bools Selection and its size + weight.

Owner Dislikes. The top dislikes according to research are No Volume Up/Down Button (27%), other main fact it has No Camera (21%), and Battery Life is Too Short (15%). Other dislikes in the report are Lack of 3G/4G Capability and Number of Apps Available.

ChangeWave said that they found high level of satisfaction among product owners is good sign for the company that their product will continue in community, and gives a good sales to company.
